What comes with a Hair studio?
Every hair studio comes equipped with a styling station, free standing shampoo bowl, shampoo chair, styling chair, cabinetry, granite countertops and hand wash sink.
What comes with a Spa Studio?
Every Spa studio comes with a hand wash sink, cabinetry, granite countertops and a mirror and/or station.
How long are the leases?
Leases can be as short as month to month or one to two year leases.
What is included in my rent?
Everything is included! Electricity, water, gas, internet is included in your rent. No hidden or additional fees are charged.
